Tech Support Simulator '07
It's like working in tech support with time management and stress.
You'll probably think this game makes no sense and is missing critical features. It's starting as Week Sauce game jam submission.
The concept is based on an IT support job I had a while back. Try to study and improve your tools to become a better professional while also staying on top of the your actual workload. Everything happens on a timers.
There is no such thing as winning, and it's probably not even possible to get ahead. I won't re-submit the same thing to Week Sauce again (against the spirit), but I might keep working on it for my code portfolio.

I really like how you distilled the mechanics down -- once I figured out what the different actions did, the balancing act between discussing things enough vs spending time actually fixing the problems (and never having the time actually improve skills or tools...) felt, well, pretty true to life. :) Great job, hope to see more!
Thanks! Looks like you've worked on a few of these.
Hey! Thank you for participating in Week Sauce! Just wanted to tell you that, although we recommend working on different games each time, it is not a hard rule (we don't have many of those). Others before have worked on a game multiple weeks in a row, and if that helps you in any way, you are more than welcome to submit your updates to Week Sauce as new entries. If you haven't already join our Discord, write about your project so people can give you encouragement and feedback (if you need it). We are here to support you. Cheers!
Oh fun, thanks! It looks like you've been running this for a good while now.
